The firm accepts a limited number of cases with the goal of achieving
good monetary resolutions on a timely basis. Results in excess of
$1,000,000 have been won for clients by trial, and pre-trial settlement.
Mr. Kinzer, and his attentive staff, which includes a Registered Nurse,
represents each client personally.
A graduate of the University of Oregon, University of Wisconsin, and
Georgetown University Law School. Mr.Kinzer, age 59, served as Staff
Counsel on the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee (1979), and as Chief of
Staff to U.S. Senator Patrick Leahy (D-Vt.)(1980-83)before entering the
private practice of law in 1983.
Initially involved in large case commercial litigation with the Seattle
law firm of Preston, Gates, and Ellis, Mr. Kinzer opened his Law Office
in Everett, Washington in 1989. Since that time, his practice has been
limited to the representation of Plaintiffs in litigation and trial matters
emphasizing personal injury, and professional and medical malpractice.
In 2005 Mr. Kinzer opened a second law office in Ellensburg, Washington. With locations now in eastern and western Washington, the Firm is able to comfortably handle lawsuits throughout the state.
A former Director of the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association, Mr. Kinzer has served as a Governor’s appointee to the State Growth Strategies Commission, the Everett Community College Board of Trustees, and currently, as a Trustee of Central Washington State University in Ellensburg, Washington.
