We are a plantiff's law firm which represents injured persons and victims of professional and medical malpractice.
We have earned the highest rating ("AV") from the National Service, "Martindale Hubbell", which rates U.S. Lawyers and Law Firms.
We handle a limited number of substantial cases so that we can assure personal service. Our law practice is focused, and we accept only those cases where injuries are bonafide and the wrongdoing is proveable.
Initial consultations are free, and if your case is accepted, payment for legal services is on a contingent fee basis. If no monetary recovery is made, you pay nothing for our legal services.
We maintain two offices located in Everett, Snohomish County and Ellensburg, Kittitas County Washington. We handle cases in State and Federal Court and try cases before judges and juries, or settle them before trial, when appropriate.
Appointments are available within one or two days notice, and your initial meeting will include Mr. Kinzer.
We are candid about our assessment of your potential case. If in our judgment, you don't have a case we will tell you so. If we need to review your medical records before we can fairly assess your claim, we will do so promptly.
